Domaine Zafeirakis lies in the Tyrnavos region of Northern Greece at the foothills of Mt Olympus. This wine is made from the super rare Limniona grape and is freaking serious. The aromatics are complex with plenty of dark fruit, herbs, minerals and baking spices. Juicy and rich but balanced with bright acidity, we’d pair this with baked pasta dishes, roasted lamb or a hearty stew. Perfect for cold winter weather.
