Fulfillment Policy

All orders are processed out of our temperature-controlled, Type 14 warehouse in Hayward, CA. Orders are shipped out or locally delivered, next day, Monday-Saturday via UPS or GSO.

Where do you offer shipping/local deliver?

Currently, we can ship to California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oregon. Local delivery includes most of Alameda and San Francisco Counties.

When Do you Ship?

Wine club boxes go out the first week of every month. All other orders ship out, or are locally delivered weekly.

I’M A WINE CLUB SUBSCRIBER, AND I’M MOVING

Please shoot us an email right away to give us your new shipping address! We don’t want you to miss any orders. You cannot change your shipping address for subscriptions on our site, so you will need to cancel and resubscribe. ALSO! If you are moving to a state we do not ship to, you will sadly have to cancel your subscription. :(

How Much is Shipping/Delivery

Local hand deliveries in much of Alameda and San Francisco counties are $5. All other locations pay a $15 flat rate shipping for Wine Club subscriptions, and Bottle Shop orders of up to 11 bottles. Cases deliver and ship for free.

I loved a WINE CLUB WINE. CAN I ORDER MORE?

Once wine club wines go out, we’ll add a few extra bottles to our bottle shop. Quantities will be limited, but if you want more than what we have on hand, shoot us an email and we’ll try our best to get you what you need.

When WILL I GET CHARGED FOR MY WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

Once a month.

REFUND POLICY

Per California State law, it is illegal to return purchased alcohol whether it is open or sealed. We will do our best to replace damaged or lost orders, otherwise we can issue a refund. Any erroneous charges will be refunded.
